I had a water heater replaced by Dustin and Preston. Despite being in a small, cramped, hot attic it was a smooth, easy process. They were both great. My estimate from Torch was also several hundred dollars cheaper than another estimate I got and Cougar was very straightforward in providing the estimate. Was an painless process from start to finish.

Replace garbage disposal. 12/14/23 disposal leaking called 8:30 am. Expert Plumber Matt Reed, responded at 2:45 same day. Did great job, very professional. Have used Torch last few years for routine service and maintenance.Nice doing business with a company that their technicians call with expected time, name, and photo of who to expect, and when.
