After diagnosing issue Bryce and Luis said if they had the replacement evaporator coil in stock they would be back at 5pm next day to replace so I wouldn’t have to suffer in 93 degree heat overnight. They came at 5:30 and it took yil 8:30 to get it done. Certainly appreciate after they had already put in a long, hot day

I called Torch, and they sent David and his assistant out the very same day. They were both friendly, professional, and had my AC fixed in no time. I was back to enjoying cool air before I knew it! I really appreciated the fast response and excellent service. I highly recommend Torch to anyone needing HVAC service!

I had requested just an evaluation and Torch promptly came to my house the next morning to take a look at the standing water on one side of the house. They did not push me to do anything right away, and suggested a potential solution ,I very much appreciated their honesty, and their professionalism. I used them three years ago for an issue under my front lawn and they were absolutely great. I would totally recommend them.
