Definitely a professionally ran company. There’s something to be said about the value of a company that has a good process, excellent customer service, highly trained technicians like Trey Bowman, the knowledge and equipment to handle the job. Not the lowest price, not the highest price, but definitely the highest value for your dollar I Highly recommend Torch heating, cooling and plumbing.

They called back immediately when we needed their help. Josh communicated with us from the initial phone call to the diagnosis of the problem. I'd say the first visit was as much about building trust as well as fixing the problem. He did both well. He is now "the guy" we call instead of paging through the yellow pages.

Oct. 27, 2026 Just had Torch come out to do annual cleaning on my tankless hot water tank. Dustin came and got it cleaned. He was absolutely WONDERFUL such a great person. Very courteous, knowledgeable and professional will definitely be using Torch for any issues in the future they are just GREAT Very Pleased and Happy with their services.

Dustin was so knowledgeable; his expertise gave me confidence in his recommendations. Another plumber had recommended a very expensive solution involving pipe replacements, and I was looking for a second opinion. Dustin suggested an alternative. Worst case is it doesn’t work and we need to do the bigger solution later. None of the effort will be wasted. That just made more sense to me. I was really impressed with the professionalism and approach. I’ll definitely be using Torch for my plumbing needs going forward.
