As a plumbing apprentice, you will learn, with hands on training and experience, how to be a well-rounded plumbing service expert! You will learn and gain experience in every aspect of residential and commercial plumbing. From complete sewer replacements, water line repipes, and full remodels to properly clearing drains and sewer blockages, complete service diagnostics and repairs, water heater repairs and replacements, and much more! Learn and grow through our 3 levels of apprenticeship with hands on training and development while earning competitive wages and bonuses in a family and team based culture that is unmatched! You will learn what is needed to take and pass your test for your journeyman license and learn what it takes to be an expert service plumber!

3+ years plumbing experience with Journeyman license
Join our team of plumbing experts and deliver WOW service to our clients! Whether you enjoy large commercial and residential remodel/repipe projects, or if you prefer the ever-changing world of service diagnosing and repairs, if you are a self-motivated, experienced plumber with a desire to provide excellent service and educate our clients about their plumbing systems, Torch could be the place for you! Must be able to run service calls with little to no help or supervision. Be familiar with and able to use various tools of the trade, be able to clear drain and sewer lines, diagnose and repair various plumbing issues, install tankless and traditional water heaters, be able to communicate and educate clients regarding their plumbing system, be coachable and willing to learn about new products and techniques, and able to help train up the next generation of plumbers. 3+ years experience and/or Mechanical Journeyman License
If you are a licensed and experienced HVAC Journeyman and you’re looking to advance your career and secure a bright future for you and your family, then look no further! Our HVAC service experts encounter a diverse schedule gaining experience in residential and commercial sales, service and install! Must be able to run HVAC service calls and seasonal clean and checks with little to no help or supervision, be able to lead an install team with leadership, knowledge and the ability to provide top notch installs both aesthetically and functionally. Be up to date on current codes and regulations, be willing to learn new techniques and about new products and technology. Be able to provide our clients top notch service and educate them on their system and current Indoor Air Quality products that will be beneficial to their health and the health and longevity of their systems.

What We’re Looking For

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals looking to advance their careers in the service industry
- Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written) and be able to communicate well with the office, teammates, and clients.
- Must have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and be well organized.
- Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record, be able to navigate to job sites, and have some level of technological ability – using phone/ipad to work up estimates/invoices, to collect payment, to take and record jobsite pictures, and to clock in/out.
- Critical thinking is a plus, as is being able to use logic and reasoning to diagnose and provide solutions in the field.
- Must be physically able to lift 50+ pounds, kneel, crawl, or stand for long periods of time.
- Always willing to learn, coachable, and able to work well with others.
