Benjamin was so nice and he spoke Spanish which helped a little with the language barrier. His service was great and did it quickly so now we can wash our clothes in peace.Torch was amazing as always.
Daniel Rivera was amazing! So courteous and so communicative about what he was doing and what he did. He even helped get our thermostat back online with our phones!

The Tech was on time, very professional. He installed a shut off valve and gas stove and fixed an outside faucet repair. Very knowledgeable and answers all my questions.
I had a hard fall in the shower and ripped the all-in-one out of the shower wall. My husband had to turn the water off at the street. I called Torch Plumbing, which was on a Sunday, and Gavin came out and fixed the shower to the point that water could be turned back on. He advised that unless it was necessary to have the shower fixed that day, to wait and have them come out during the week so that we did not pay weekend rates. JD came out to finish the repairs on Tuesday. He had to work in an extremely confined space, but he was always so pleasant to deal with and answered any questions we had. It turned out to be a somewhat costly accident, but not as much as we had feared. This was the third time Torch Plumbing had been to our house, we had three different plumbers, and each of the experiences was excellent. Every contact at Torch has been excellent.
